This year’s May Queen event was a huge success with Immy and Hattie being able to donate a wonderful sum to St Raphael’s Hospice and Dementia UK, as well as other local charities.
Thank you for the support of everyone in the local village and beyond who made this day such a special one.
Each year this fantastic family day is put together by the volunteer parents of the children involved. If you would like to continue to enjoy this day and help raise money for deserving charities then we need YOUR help.
As the saying goes, many hands make light work, so if you would like to be involved please e-mail mayqueengroup@hotmail.co.uk with the following details:

- Name of parent & phone number
- Woodmansterne connection
- Parents email address
Please bear in mind (depending on the response we receive), that it could be a few years before your child reaches May Queen, so the younger they start, the better. Parents of page boys are also welcome.
